Today, I am very excited to be part of seeing the coming to fruition of our investment in prayer and financial support, as well as time and energy in outreach for Morrow County Baptist Church. We have been praying for months for this day to come and today Morrow County Baptist Church is launching their inaugural worship service in Boardman, OR. My family and I are taking part in this wonderful celebration representing our church family as one of their supporting churches, along with John & Debbie Martin. Everyone who invests in Faith Missions Giving has been a help to this church being started today. Everyone who has been praying for the Andresen family and this church getting started has been a part of this special event in the plan of God for His work on earth. Yesterday a group of us were out in our valley sharing the Gospel with those who would receive it and praying for it to take root in souls to bring forth fruit of faith unto righteousness. This is also the plan of God for His work on earth. This past Wednesday we were honored to have Mitchell Muller, our supported Missionary in Merida, Yucatan, Mexico with us in our midweek services. It was great to hear of what God is doing there with the Mullers and their church family to reach souls with the Gospel in several villages. His message Wednesday evening challenged us all to testify to the lost about the greatness and goodness of God in the lives of those who have trusted in His grace and mercy for forgiveness in Christ. We need every one of God’s children engaged in every aspect of God’s plan for His work on earth getting done. God’s plan for all of His children is to walk with Him in His Word obeying what He speaks to them about from it and to serve Him in His work on earth through His church in spreading the Gospel unto the uttermost part of the earth. Sadly, the vast majority of Christians are not doing either of those things. They very rarely opening their Bibles to hear from God and they never have shared the Gospel or invested in worldwide missions giving. This is the hope for America and it is also the essentials to God’s glory on earth through His children. If all of God’s children would be engaged in God’s will for their lives, then revival would take place in our nation that might even spread to other places around the world. Then our nation would be in a far better place than it is at this current time in history or even in the past few decades. There is only one person that we control in the decisions of these matters, and that, my friend, is you in your life and me in mine.
