I. God is worthy of our praise vv. 1-6

1. It is a good thing v. 1a
2. It is a pleasing thing from us to God v. 1b
3. It is a beautiful thing from us to God v. 1c
4. It is a rightful thing from us to God vv. 2-6

II. God is deserving of our praise vv. 7-9

1. He deserves thanksgiving for His goodness v. 7
2. He deserves praise for His greatness v. 8
3. He deserves glory for His giving v. 9

III. God is honored by our praise vv. 10-11

1. It is delightful to Him as our Creator v. 10a
2. It is pleasing to Him as our God vv. 10b-11a
3. It is blessing to Him as our Redeemer v. 11b

IV. God is deserving of more people praising Him vv. 12-20

1. For our nation v. 12
2. For our protection v. 13

C. For our peace and prosperity v. 14

D. For our proclamation and adherence to His Word v. 15

E. For His provision and blessing on His creation and our nation vv. 16-20
