    1. Watching involves alertness
    2. Watching helps us to stay awake
    3. Watching requires vigilance
    4. Watching & praying helps us to be faithful to the Lord
  3. Jesus acknowledged the need of their body & of His future    Matthew 26:43-46
    1. Sometimes we just need to   sleep
    2. Sometimes we just have to journey alone
    3. Sometimes we just have to go forward together with the Lord
