  • A roll was found
  • A decree was made

1. Good leaders realize the greatness of God      Ezra 6:7-12
   1. They realize the true God is worthy of worship
   2. They refuse to hinder the worship of the true God
   3. They appreciate the prayers of the worshipers of God
   4. They acknowledge the power of God over their own
2. When God’s people are faithful to God, then God blesses     Ezra 6:13-18
   1. God’s Word preached motivates God’s people to faithfulness
   2. God’s Word preached motivates God’s people to finish God’s Will
   3. God’s Word preached motivates God’s people to obedient worship
3. God’s Word produces god’s fruit in God’s people     Ezra 6:19-22
   1. It produces purity in their worship
      1. The worship of their life being lived obediently
      2. the worship of their work being done honorably
      3. the worship of their service being offered faithfully
      4. The worship of their faith being expressed publicly
   2. It produces separation from the world unto the Lord
   3. It produces joyful praise in the blessings of God
