TEXT:   Genesis 17:1-14

I. I AM is the Almighty God vss. 1-2

1. The Almighty declares Himself to be the One to follow vs. 1a

2. The Almighty calls His followers to walk with Him vs. 1b

3. The Almighty invites us to enter covenant with Him vs. 2a

4. The Almighty promises blessings for following Him vs. 2b

II. The Almighty I AM promises are sure and true vss. 3-5

1. God spoke His promise to His child vs. 3

2. God recorded His promise to His child vs. 4

3. God guaranteed His promise to His child vs. 5.

III. The Almighty I AM desires to be your God vss. 6-9

1. If you trust Him, He will make you blessed vs. 6

2. If you trust Him, He will make His covenant with you vs. 7

3. If you trust Him, He will make a home for you with Him vs. 8    John 14

4. If you trust Him, He will make all this possible by obeying Him vs. 9

IV. The Almighty I AM gives identification of who His children are vss. 10-14

1. It identified them personally as being God’s children

2. It identified them outwardly as being God’s children

3. It identified them physically as being God’s children     Romans 2:28-29, Colossians 2:6-15
