TEXT:  I John 1:1-4

I. Renew God’s Work of sharing what we know of the Word of life (v. 1)
A. Sharing what we know from the beginning in the Word of God (Genesis 1:1)
B. Sharing what we know by what we have seen and heard from the Word of God
C. Sharing what we know to be true about the God the Son from before the beginning (John 1:1-5)

II. Renew God’s Work of making known God’s eternal life (v. 2)
A. God’s eternal life through His Son, Jesus Christ (John 17:2-3; I John 2:25; 5:11, 20)
B. God’s eternal life through faith alone in Christ alone based on the Bible alone
C. God’s eternal life through what He has manifested to us and we need to manifest

III. Renew God’s Work of declaring relationship with God and His Son (v. 3)
A. We cannot declare what we have not experienced
B. We cannot declare relationship with God that we do not possess ourselves
C. We cannot declare intimacy with God that we have not enjoyed personally

IV. Renew God’s Work of communicating joy to be full through God’s Word (v. 4)
A. We can have our joy full through knowing what God has given to us in His Word
B. We can fill others with joy by sharing what God has recorded for us in His Word
C. We can fill others with joy of Salvation by sharing the Gospel with them to be saved
