TEXT:  PSALM 34

  1. Our attitude toward the Lord will impact our experience of Him     Psalm 34:1-7
    1. Those who fear the Lord honor Him
    2. Those who fear the Lord reverence Him
    3. Those who fear the Lord benefit from His presence with them
  2. The benefits of the fear of the Lord    Psalm 34:8-10
    1. It is experienced personally
      1. The fear of the Lord is experienced personally
      2. The benefits of fearing the Lord are experienced personally
    2. It is individual, even if it is plural
    3. Fearing the Lord is connected with seeking the Lord
  3. The fear of the Lord is about presence with the Lord    Psalm 34:11-22
    1. The fear of the Lord must be taught to us
      1. You must make yourself available to the teaching of it
      2. You must be willing to listen in order to learn it
      3. You must learn it from one who can teach it to you
    2. Learning the fear of the Lord will affect our behavior
