- The fear of the Lord motivates us to worship Him Psalm 5:7-10

- It is something we must engage ourselves to do
- It is something that helps us submit ourselves to God’s leading
- It is something that puts us in a place to experience God’s help
- Worship in the fear of the Lord involves communication Psalm 5:1-3
- Communication in worship that includes words
- Communication in worship that includes respect & reverence
- Communication in worship that includes focus of thought
- Communication in worship that includes passionate prayer
- Communication in worship that includes priority in schedule
- Worship in the fear of the Lord includes honoring the Lord Psalm 5:4-6
- Honoring God as the Holy God He is
- Honoring God as the transcendent God He is
- Honoring God as the sovereign authority He is
- Worship in the fear of the Lord results in joy Psalm 5:11-12
- All who trust in the Lord can rejoice
- All who love the Lord can be joyful in Him
- All who live for God’s glory enjoy His blessings
