TEXT:  Galatians 6:3-8; 4:4-7

1. God gave us His Spirit to benefit from Him as God’s child  Gal 4:4-7
   1. God sent forth His Son to redeem us from our sins
   2. God sent forth His Spirit to live within to help us enjoy God’s blessings
   3. God sent forth HIs Spirit to help us live close to our Heavenly Father
2. God gave us His Spirit to help us think biblically about ourselves.  Gal 6:3-9
   1. Not to think too highly of ourselves.  Romans 12:1-3
   2. Not to think deceivingly about ourselves
   3. Not to think depressingly about ourselves
   4. Not to think selfishly about ourselves
3. God gave us His Spirit to help us sow to the Spirit & not to our flesh.  Gal 6:7-8
   1. We can deceive ourselves, but we can’t deceive God
   2. We reap what we sow in our lives with no exception
   3. We reap corruption when we sow to our flesh controlled by its desires
   4. We reap blessings when we sow to the Spirit so He can fill us
