TEXT:  II Corinthians 12:1-10

1. The pleasure of prayers answered differently     II Corinthians 12:1-6
   1. Answered in accordance with God’s work in our lives
   2. Answered in a very personal way that was significant
   3. Answered in a way to bring God greater glory
2. The pleasure of God’s sufficient grace       II Corinthians 12:7-9
   1. So that God gets all the glory for His solution
   2. God’s answer is best even if it is not our desire
   3. God’s purpose for His work in us is perfect for us
3. The pleasure of God’s strength in my weakness       II Corinthians 12:9-10
   1. The pleasure of glory of personal infirmities
   2. The pleasure of the sufficiency of the power of Christ
   3. The pleasure of our weakness to experiencing God’s strength

  • Are you able to be satisfied with God’s answer over your desires being met?
  • Are you allowing God’s grace to be sufficient for you in your weaknesses?
  • Are you finding pleasure in your weakness through God’s sufficiency?
