TEXT:  I Timothy 6:1-2

I. Respect positions of authority (v. 1)
A. All must choose to honor authority
B. All that name God as Father
C. All must willingly submit under authority

II. Respect the truth of God (v. 1)
A. The name of God
B. The doctrine of God
C. The honor of God
1. Be not blasphemed
2. Be not disparaged
3. Be not denigrated
4. Be not damaged

III. Respect the family of God (v. 2)
A. Don’t take advantage of a saved boss
B. Serve a saved boss like a fellow member of God’s family
C. All Christians need to be reminded how to serve others
1. Teach these things
2. Build saints in these things
