    1. Promote with encouragement
    2. Promote with edification
    3. Promote with empathy
    4. Promote with education
  3. Work to prepare His children by His Word      Psalm 119:125-126
    1. Prepare them to serve Him well
    2. Prepare them to understand His will
    3. Prepare them to comprehend His truths
    4. Prepare them to experience His work
    5. Prepare them to assist His work
  4. Work to purify His children by His Word    Psalm 119:127-128
    1. Purify them to have Holy desires
    2. Purify them to have Biblical values
    3. Purify them to have Godly effects
