    1. Both created in God’s image    Genesis 1:26
    2. Both created for God’s Glory      Revelation 4:11
    3. Both valued by God     John 3:16
      1. Loved by God
      2. Given to by God
      3. Desired by God     II Peter 3:9; I Timothy 2:4-6
    4. Both indwelled by God’s Spirit
      1. This is why being equally yoked with a believer is SO important   II Corinthians 6:14-18
      2. This is why two believers joined together ought to stay together     Matthew 19:6; Mark 10:9

    2. Personality differences
    3. Perspective differences
    4. Shaping differences
  3. Valuing our purposes
    1. Our purpose of displaying God’s love
      1. As we relate in marriage
      2. As we relate in churches
      3. As we relate in families     Ephesians 6:1-4
    2. Our purpose of being a witness to others
      1. To do all that we do as unto the Lord     Ephesians 6:5; Colossians 3:23-24
      2. To do all that we do as Christ would do it     I John 2:1-6
      3. To do all that we do for God’s glory in front of those who do not know Him     Matthew 5:13-16;  I Corinthians 10:31
    3. Our purpose of accomplishing God’s Will on earth     Ephesians 5:30-33
