TEXT:  Psalm 69

I. God’s lovingkindness is what we need in desperation (vv. 1-18)
A. God knows our condition better than anyone (vv. 1-5)
B. God responds to those who seek His salvation (vv. 6-13)
C. God delivers those who trust in Him (vv. 14-18)

II. God understands our condition so He can help us all (vv. 19-29)
A. God knows all things as the omniscient, eternal Creator (vv. 19)
B. Jesus experienced suffering in His human life on earth (vv. 20-21)
C. Almighty God alone is able to help us in all of our suffering (vv. 22-29)

III. God desires those created in His image to be with Him (vv. 30-36)
A. With Him in pleasing Him in worship before Him (vv. 30-32)
B. With Him in praying to Him to benefit from His help (vv. 33-34)
C. With Him in His salvation enjoying His inheritance (vv. 35-36)
