TEXT: EPHESIANS 4:25-32
- Communication is Important because:
- It clarifies points of view
 - It encourages mutual solutions
 - It provides a release of tension
 
 
Principles for good communication:
- Be truthful.  Verse 25
- Truth sets us free – John 8:44; 8:32
 - Truth spoken in love, kindly – Ephesians 4:15
 
 - Be temperate.  Verse 26
- = Self-Restrained / under control
 - How people deal with anger:
- Clam up – leads to bitterness
 - Blow up – leads to divisiveness
 - Give up – leads to hopelessness
 - Grow up – leads to communicating God’s way.
 
 
 - Be tactful.  Verse 29
- No corrupt communication.
 - Edifying communication
 - Minister grace – respond with grace.
 
 - Be tender hearted.  Verse 32
- Forgiving as God has forgiven us. Isaiah 38:17 (our sins are cast behind God’s back.)
