  1. It is best to do God’s work as a team of servants     Ezra 8:15-20
    1. We need more spiritual leaders in God’s work
    2. We need more ministers in God’s ministry     Matthew 9:35-38
    3. We need more servants with God’s hand upon them
  2. Seeking the Lord for revival includes fasting & prayer    Ezra 8:21-23
    1. It requires being serious about our need of God’s help
    2. It requires seeking God’s provision instead of mans
    3. It requires desiring God’s intervention in our need
  3. God’s blessing on His people is the result of seeking Him    Ezra 8:24-36
    1. It results in God’s protection of His people doing His will
    2. It results in God’s people offering to God what He provided
    3. It results in God’s work through God’s people advancing
