TEXT: Galatians 6:1-10

I. Growing Spiritually so we can help those overtaken by sin (v. 1)
A. Becoming a child of God is the first step
B. Being meek about ourselves toward others in a critical step
C. Being aware of our own frailties is necessary in helping others

II. Growing Spiritually to bear the burdens of others better (vv. 2-5)
A. Bear the burdens of others better to God’s glory (v. 2)
B. Bear burdens better more successfully (vv. 3-4)
C. Bear our own burdens better personally (v. 5)

III. Growing spiritually so we can sow & reap positively (vv. 6-8)
A. Supporting God’s work is positive sowing and reaping (v. 6)
B. We reap according to our sowing (v. 7)
C. The Holy Spirit blesses our sowing to Him (v. 8)
1. We sow to Him in yielding to Him
2. We sow to Him in obedience to Him
3. We sow to Him in honor to God

IV. Growing spiritually so we can help others grow (vv. 9-10)
A. We need to grow spiritually to be faithful to the Lord and help others (v. 9a)
B. We need to grow spiritually to be rewarded here and in Heaven (vs. 9b)
C. We need to grow spiritually to be able to bless others (v. 10a)
D. We need to grow spiritually to be a blessing to other believers (v. 10b) (Ephesians 4:15; Colossians 1:10, 3:10; II Thessalonians 1:3; I Peter 2:1-3; II Peter 1:3, 8, 3:17-18)
