AM: “AS DEAR CHILDREN”

TEXT:  EPHESIANS 5:1-7

  1. We need to be therefore followers of God.  Eph 5:1
    1. Because Christ has forgiven us
    2. As dear children – Eph 4:25-35; Hebrews 13:17; Psalm 119:165
  2. Walk in love.  Eph 5:2; 1 John 4:10
    1. We look terrible to God because of our sin nature.  Deuteronomy 6:5; Ecclesiastes 9:10; John 3:16; John 15:13*16; 1 John 5:12,13; Romans 3:10; 3:23; 5:12; 6:23; 5:8; 2 Peter 3:9
  3. List of things not to be & to be.  Ephesians 5:3-7

Conclusion:  As the moon reflects the sun, so we should be reflecting God’s love & light.
