TEXT: I Samuel 10-11

I. The Spirit of God helps us declare the Word of God (I Samuel 10:1-8)
A. The Spirit of God helps us do the will of God for us (I Samuel 10:1-5)
B. The Spirit of God comes unto us when we obey God (I Samuel 10:5-6)
C. The Spirit of God separates us unto the will of God (I Samuel 10:7-8)

II. The Spirit of God in us is evident to those around us (I Samuel 10:9-11)
A. Every one of us need God to give us a new heart (I Samuel 10:9)
B. The Holy Spirit gives us wisdom in declaring God’s Word (I Samuel 10:10)
C. The Holy Spirit in us is to make a difference in us others see (I Samuel 10:11)

III. The Spirit of God motivates us to do right before God (I Samuel 11:1-11)
A. The Spirit of God causes us to hate what God hates (Proverbs 16:16-19)
B. The Spirit of God motivates us to do what is just and right in the eyes of God (Micah 6:8)
C. The Spirit of God enables us to stand against evil and help the helpless (Ephesians 6:10-18)
