TEXT: Joshua 24:15

I. Choose life personally (Deuteronomy 30:15-20)
A. God gives us a choice for how we live life
B. God calls us to live life in relationship with Him
C. God calls us to live life to lead our children in the right way
1. There is a way of life and a way of death (Jeremiah 21:8)
2. We choose for ourselves the way that we will go in our life
3. What we choose for ourselves we lead others into with us
4. God sent His Son to be the way, the truth, and the life that we must choose for ourselves (John 14:14-6)

II. Choose life verbally (Proverbs 18:21; Ephesians 4:29)
A. God speaks words of life to us in His Word
B. God wants His children to speak words of life unto others
C. God wants His children to not speak communications that are corrupting unto death
D. God wants His children to speak good words that are gracious building up others

III. Choose life politically (Proverbs 24:11-12)
A. Political liberals promote death
B. Political conservatives protect life
C. Political Bible believers vote to preserve life not destroy it
D. Bible believers also promote eternal life by telling people the truth about Jesus

IV. Choose life evangelistically (John 5:19-29)
A. We choose to share life with others in evangelism
B. We choose to share life with others when we share the Gospel with them
C. We choose to share life with others when we tell them about the life Jesus offers them (Romans 5:17)

V. Choose life spiritually (Romans 8:1-6)
A. The Spirit of life gives life
1. He brings life into the spirit of the soul of man that had been dead due to sin
2. He is life so where He abides, He makes alive
3. He is life so death cannot exist where He dwells (Ephesians 2:1, 5,; Colossians 2:13; I Peter 3:18)

B. The Spirit of life gives us spiritual life
C. The Spirit of life gives eternal life in Christ
D. The Spirit of life enables us to live life pleasing to God
