TEXT: Numbers 11:16-30

I. The servant of God cannot do everything alone (vv. 16-23)
A. We get weary when we try to do everything ourselves (v. 16)
B. We get discouraged when we get weary (vv. 17-23)
1. Moses was discouraged by the amount of work he was doing (vv. 17-20)
2. Moses was struggling in his faith from his discouragement (vv. 21-22)
3. Moses needed to be reminded that God is able to do what is needed (v. 23)
C. We need the Spirit of God helping us

II. The servant of God needs helpers to help serve (vv. 24-25)
A. God told His servant to include seventy other men to serve
B. God called these men to come alongside His servant in the ministry
C. God blessed these men with His Spirit to use them in His service

III. The servant of God needs Spirit anointed helpers (vv. 26-30)
A. God gave them what they needed to help His leader
B. God used them to share in the demand of the people
C. God used those He wanted no matter who they were
