I. The Spirit of God is eternal God (Genesis 1:2)
A. The Spirit of God was in the beginning with God
B. The Spirit of God was before creation and time
C. The Spirit of God was aid in the work of God

II. The Spirit of God works in mankind [Genesis 6:1-9(3)]
A. God’s Spirit empowers (works in) man to do God’s will
B. God’s Spirit enables man to follow God’s will
C. God’s Spirit encourages man to enjoy God’s grace (vv. 8-9)

III. The Spirit of God helps God’s children [Genesis 41:37-44(38)]
A. Helps God’s children understand God’s message (vv. 37-38)
B. Helps God’s children apply God’s wisdom (vv. 39-41)
C. Helps God’s children enjoy God’s blessings (vv. 42-44)
