Being in a place where God is working is the best place to be. Being in the place where God is working in your own life is the best place to be. Being in a place where you are challenged spiritually to not be comfortable but to experience greater things with God is the best place to be. Being in a place that preaches against sin and carnal living and encourages growth in personal holiness is the best place to be. Being in a place where you are being fed to help you grow spiritually and being motivated to get into the Word personally to help you grow more is the best place to be. Being in a place where spiritual fruitfulness is being produced by the working of God’s Spirit through His Word with souls being saved and believers being discipled is the best place to be. Being in a place where biblical counsel is being offered is the best place to be. Being in a place where home missions and foreign missions is emphasized and participated in is the best place to be. Being in a place where the Gospel is proclaimed and actively spread in the community is the best place to be. Being in a place that has a vision for the future and not willing to merely maintain status quo is the best pace to be. Being in a place where ministry is happening throughout the week and not merely on Sunday morning only is the best place to be. Being in a place where the Bible is obeyed on going out into the community to encourage and help people come into God’s house is the best place to be. Being in a place that has many decades of seeing God work and continuing to see God work is the best place to be. Being in a place that seeks to help meet needs in the community is the best place to be. Being in a place that actively offers ministry to every person in every stage of life is the best place to be. Being in a place where leadership and members are encouraged and given opportunities to be engaged in God’s work on earth in the lives of people is the best place to be. Being in a place where you are wanted and loved is the best place to be! For me this is the place I know God wants me and brought me to nearly a quarter of a century ago. Because all of these things above are still taking place, it is still the best place for me to be. As long as these things are still the case, it will remain to be the best place for me to be. I am thankful to be in the place where the Lord is clearly at work.
