The kids have enjoyed meeting some Japanese friends. David likes fishing with Keita. Keita has also been coming to church services. Lexee was trying to teach the girls a card game. They all had fun with hide and seek. They all had a blast with Google translator and trying understand each other.
Movie night at NSBC…thank you Lord for those that came and for the opportunity to fellowship with fellow Christians. Praise the Lord we also had the chance to hand out several tracts inviting Marines to services and most importantly inviting them to meet Christ.
What a great night! We were privileged to have 5 Marines come and paint the church. The best thing is how God blessed and allowed the conversation to point toward Him. We were given the opportunity to witness to all five and a couple are planning to come to services. Thank you Lord for answered…
Mid-week services and another first-time visitor. Praise the Lord! Had several missing but stilled enjoyed our prayer and Bible time. We are studying God’s Grace and are talking about the standard God has set for entrance to Heaven…perfection. Thanks for the help with the example David and Mac. Most of all, thank you Lord for…
What a great day! We started with services and had a new couple visit along with a young Okinawan man. We followed up with tracting at American village where we were able to give out 125 tracts…mostly to visiting sailors from Sasebo. Finished it all off with frozen yogurt at Party Land
This Friday night handing out tracts was a busy one. It was pay day weekend and that usually makes it busier. There 420 tracts/invitations to cburch given out. One marine even insisted on helping by inviting Marines to come meet us. One of the Marines has become Lexees friend.
I’m always amazed at how the Lord moves. We are here reaching the U.S. Marines on the north end of Okinawa and the Lord brings two Okinawans into the services tonight! So thankful for His working and a Marine willing to help them in the services.
This afternoon we went fishing for men, at a place known as American Village.
A great day in the Word of the Lord today. Such a blessing to have 20 in services with another first-time visitor. We were also blessed to visit a local work and support a bazaar they were holding. They were raising funds so their teens can go to camp.
Another Friday night planting the Seed. 300+ tracts distributed…70 by Lexee alone! Besides photo-bombing, David even participated in handing out a couple tracts. Praise the Lord for what CHRIST is doing in Kin Village.
